Painting

Utilising our in-house state-of-the-art paint system, all Thrulane products undergo priming and receive two top coats of electrostatic wet spray, allowing you to select the color and finish according to your preferences. Please provide the necessary RAL codes for customization.

 

Maintenance & warranty

Thrulane provides comprehensive maintenance and repair services for all major brands of gate automation systems, barriers, turnstiles, and access control systems.

We extend an additional year of warranty on all products supplied and installed by us, offering a total warranty period of 2 years (subject to terms and conditions). Request a copy of our written warranty for details.

Our team of service engineers operates daily in various parts of London, resulting in significantly reduced response times compared to our competitors.

As members of Gate Safe, Thrulane is qualified to offer advice, recommend, and perform upgrades to align existing installations with current legislation.

We offer maintenance contracts for both our installations and those carried out by others, contingent upon a thorough risk assessment. Request a copy of our contract for more information.

Using computer-based service software, our service department maintains updated records after each job, ensuring efficient tracking of service history. With sat nav tracking in every vehicle, our service department can dispatch an engineer to you promptly. For larger contracts, customers have access to this information, allowing them to stay informed about the status of their jobs. Thrulane offer a full 24 month guarantee on all our installations – covering you for faulty parts and labour costs involved. Initially approached by Safestore to provide emergency services for their London stores, our reliable service quickly expanded to cover the entire South East. Impressed with our performance, Safestore has appointed us as their main installers, entrusting us to handle the installation of electric gates and perimeter security for all new stores. In the past year, as Safestores expanded their portfolio with five new locations in Manchester, Altrincham, Birmingham, Chiswick, and Wandsworth, Thrulane successfully completed all projects, involving electric gates, perimeter fencing, access control, power supplies, and groundworks. Currently, Thrulane is responsible for servicing and maintaining over 109 Safestore locations nationwide.

Parmiter’s School

Parmiter’s School Case Study

Thrulane takes pride in being a preferred company for school installations in and around London, with a portfolio that includes over 200 installations, including Parmiter’s. When approached by Parmiter’s to enhance their current security and improve the appearance of the school and adjoining sports centre, we developed a comprehensive package. The project included four sets of electric vehicle gates, two pedestrian access gates, perimeter fencing, access control, power supply, and all necessary groundworks. Completed within a 4-week period during the summer break, the project cost approximately £50k.
